All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Please note that special offer prices are valid only during the promotional period. If you purchase an item outside of the promotional window, we regret that we cannot apply discounts retroactively or offer refunds for price differences.

If we are unable to verify this information, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
In some cases, we may deliver orders only to the invoice address provided during checkout. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email before processing your shipment.
Stock Shortages and Refunds
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to insufficient stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either accept a replacement item of equivalent value or receive a full refund for the unavailable product. Please note that we are not obligated to provide additional compensation for any inconvenience caused by stock shortages.
Returns and Replacements
Due to health and hygiene reasons, perfumes and fragrance products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept returns or replacements. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, we will promptly send the correct product upon receipt of the returned incorrect item. Alternatively, if you require a faster resolution, we can resend the correct item after charging your account. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will refund the cost of your second order along with the return postage fees.
Missing Orders
For orders shipped via Standard Postage, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery before considering the package “missing.” If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate further. No refunds or reshipments will be offered until after this period has elapsed.
Import Charges and Duties
Please be aware that international buyers may incur import charges, including taxes, customs duties, and other fees, when purchasing items from our website. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
